OBS have provided a fully integrated NATIVE BACnet Building Energy Management System integrating heating, class room ventilation, energy metering and CHP system.
The building itself is an interactive tool to uniquely enhance the students’ learning experience, through everyday, real time applications and employer challenges and projects.
The facilities within the building are world class and learning areas are designed to promote hands-on, practical teaching and learning and to reflect real life working environments. State of the art ICT supports teaching and learning.
